So I moving amt directory from recipes-bsp to dynamic-layers/amt-layer/recipes-bsp/, add
BBFILES_DYNAMIC += " \
    clang-layer:${LAYERDIR}/dynamic-layers/amt -layer/*/*/*.bb \
    clang-layer:${LAYERDIR}/dynamic-layers/amt -layer/*/*/*.bbappend \
"
to conf/layer.conf

How can I "add meta-oe in layer.conf"?
