Hi,

We're having some problems EFI-booting a intel-corei7-64 live image from a
flash drive. The details are as follows ...

Layers revisions
meta-poky: 5ddf7fff992b065ee512878d2fe65f3e35d818cf (sumo)
meta-intel: ba5f7ecd26630b74b6338c1828847a64ab172453 (tag: sumo-19.0.3)

Target:
System: SIMATIC IPC227e
Processor: Intel Celeron N2702
UEFI firmware: InsydeH20 version 20.01.11

Build steps:
bitbake core-image-minimal
dd
if=tmp/deploy/images/intel-corei7-64/core-image-minimal-intel-corei7-64.hddimg
of=/dev/sdc

The boot process hangs after the "ALSA device list:" output (see
attachment), but the boot stalls the same way (apparently) if we disable
ALSA.

The same image boots perfectly on other x86_64 targets.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Casper Agerskov
