[meta-intel] [RFC PATCH 1/2] zlib-intel: add zlib fork with IA-specific optimisations

Will have to add RPROVIDES for zlib as well, packagegroup-self-hosted
and packagegroup-core-full-cmdline RDEPEND on it.
