[meta-intel] Using newer branches for leaf hill

I'd recommend using sumo branch of meta-intel as rocko kernel updates may start to lag. That will give you linux-intel kernel 4.14 by default with will have the most update to date Leaf Hill support.

Subject: [meta-intel] Using newer branches for leaf hill

Hi all,

I'm working on a project for an embedded product based on leaf hill.

The Yocto BSP for leaf hill page points me to the jethro branch of meta-intel, but since this is a bit dated I have been using the rocko branch lately.

Is full support for the leaf hill platform only expected on the jethro branch and in that case, is anything planned for more recent branches?
The latest hardware for the (leaf hill-based) Minnowboard 3 seems to be using morty at least, but I'm not sure how much I should read into that...

What prompts my question is that we had some problems with accessing the mtd containing the BIOS, which worked with the leaf hill BSP. We did manage to solve this by simply using linux 4.14 instead of 4.9, but I'm still a bit wary about whether we're still missing something.

Best regards,
Max
