[meta-intel] Yocto kernel configs for Intel BSPs

Hello All,

We're planning to delete the old machine kernel configuration fragments
for Intel platforms.

Here is the structure that is present now for Intel platforms under bsp/
in yocto-kernel-cache [1]:

$ tree -L 1
.
├── haswell-wc
├── mohonpeak
├── rangeley
├── romley
├── valleyisland
├── intel-common

Right now, kernel config fragments for (older) Intel platforms are being
included from multiple platform specific files under bsp/ in
yocto-kernel-cache. Intel-common [1] config in turn combines all these
.scc files along with other set of features supported for Intel platforms.

Some of these configurations are duplicated across multiple files and as
a result, difficult to maintain.

Since we now have a single package, intel-common, for all platforms, the
plan is to remove all these except intel-common from bsp/ in
yocto-kernel-cache and include any extra config in intel-common BSP so
there's no change to kernel configuration setup on existing setups. This
will be done for the newer kernels going forward.

This shouldn't affect existing setups unless you're explicitly using one
of these machines as a KMACHINE.

If anyone has any concern related to this, please let us know and
include details about your setup too. Please let us know in case you
think something has been overlooked.

Thanks,

Anuj
