[meta-intel] [PATCH 2/2] linux-yocto_%.bbappend: remove

This was a workaround to the x32 configuration getting a different
MACHINEOVERRIDES than the normal intel-corei7-64 setup. With the
MACHINEOVERRIDES setting moved to the machine conf, this is no longer
necessary.
