This should be meta-poky now. How old is the metadata (version of poky / Yocto Project release) your distro is based on?

I can find no references to meta-ias on layers.openembedded.org or in a Google search, so no idea how to help you with respect to your “iasImage” question.

You are missing the following commit from either poky or oe-core:
