[meta-intel] [PATCH] systemd-boot: update 230 -> 232

This change updates the locked systemd-boot revision to v232
release which is the current in OE.

Pre-submission RMC test passed on these boards:
Live boot (hddimg)
Nuc gen 6
Broxton-M
Gelileo gen 2 (quark)
T100TA (32 bit)
Minowmax Turbot 32 bit (negtive test, we don't have turbot fingerprint and data)

Installation:
Nuc gen 6

Note:
A patch in systemd-boot to workaround key pressing issue on Broxton-M also enables the scrolling in boot loader menu on the old T100TA.
The machine failed to boot after installation but it doesn't seem to be RMC-related.

I don't see the new case should be the deal breaker for this update.
