[meta-intel] [meta-intel-iot-middleware] confusion about multiple repos urls

I'm no longer maintaining this repo, so I'm not sure which is the
right repo to contribute to.  It was
ostroproject/meta-intel-iot-middleware and the one on yoctoproject was
supposed to disappear.  Brendan, do you know?
