[meta-intel] [PATCH 2/8] wic: Add mktinygalileodisk kickstart file

With the output from poky modified to use image-live-artifacts, we can
now create a tiny initramfs image that can be dd'ed directly to the
Galileo2 sdcard using:

    $ wic create mktinygalileodisk -e core-image-tiny-initramfs
