[meta-intel] opensslfoundation.com seems to have been down for while.

Hmm, I wouldn't expect it to cause an error while parsing. What release 
are you working with?

Also, any idea on how long that site has been down? If its been down for 
a long time without anyone realizing it, could we just remove the recipe?
