This is used to test data compression algorithms and needed to run some of the test apps from qat16. However, now that this data is packaged as part of the qat tarball itself and installed by the qat16 recipe, not sure if these recipes are even  required. It doesn't look like they're used by qat at least. Will check again with the qat guys to make sure.
