[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/1] meta-isg: Update MAINTAINER file

Hi,

This patch is to remove the retired BSP maintainer name
and contact from the maintainer list in MAINTAINER file.
This change is targeted for upcoming YP 2.2, please help
to merge into meta-intel master branch.

Removed the maintainer for:
a.HASWELL-WC (previous commit:99fa5a9466158e4847d7d1efd64ca1e0e002d495)
b.VALLEYISLAND (previous commit: 20c6a8ab096c01a26f6cbac93ffe0d2004619061)
