Tom, Saul and others,

I don’t call this RMC patch series V5 because I am not sure if we are okay to roll these into main submission, also assuming it could be easier for reviewers to get real deltas from V4.

There are fixes, new functionalities for stage 2 and workaround over V4:

618fd2d rmc: don't override EFI_PROVIDER when rmc distro is enabled
(Roughly boot tested with “invalid” configurations, refer to commit msg for why I cannot give warning yet)

c04fdd7 rmc: don't install boot entries when RMC entries exist
(Fix a corner case for new behavior in boot entries)

a0f80de rmc: update document and NUC Gen 6 for post-installation hook
(Fix of old YP bug bz5351 with RMC)

baf5ee3 rmc: support post-installation hook POSTINSTALL.sh
(New feature “post-install” hook in installer)

2bc44ed rmc: support broxton-m platform
(add broxton-m example)

13da93c (contrib/jxzhang/rmc-v4-submission) rmc: document and examples for RMC feature
(the tip of V4 submission already reviewed, base of this 4.5)

I will have a formal of V5 based on your suggestions unless you think no change is required with this 4.5.
