Hi Saul,

This is the patch which fix the HEVC decode for Matroska container.
It was backported from upstream gstreamer-vaapi.

We have done build test to ensure this patch is clean and
functionality tested on Cherry Hill platform.

We would like to have this patch merge for master and made
available on coming meta-intel release.
