Hi Saul,

This patch is to enable Intel Valleyisland platform with linux-yocto_3.14
standard/valleyisland branch on poky and meta-intel jethro.
This patch is tested for 32-bit and 64-bit system on MinnowBoard Max.

Kindly review and merge into meta-intel's jethro branch.

* Updated SRCREV for meta to the latest commit in yocto-kernel-cache
  yocto-3.14 branch that enables RTC config for valleyisland.
* Build test for 32-bit and 64-bit image to ensure warning is resolved
  for CONFIG_HPET_EMULATE_RTC=y.
  This kernel config is verified to be enabled in the final image
