[meta-intel] Yocto 1.7 dizzy - crownbay-noemgd X11 no screen found in core-image-sato

I am working to upgrade a crownbay based board from V1.3 to V1.7. To start I built a plain core-image-sato to prove out the basics. Except for X11, the system boots and runs properly once I configured the ttys properly for my board (/dev/ttyPCH0).

The error I am running into is "(EE) no screens found(EE)" in the X logs.

Looking through the base file system I do not see a device, monitor or screen section of the xorg.conf.d files. Looking at the meta-intel layer I do not see any xorg.conf files for crownbay or common sections.

Does anyone have a basic xorg.conf file for the crownbay-noemgd that can be shared? Prefer one using the LVDS port, though I have access to the HDMI port as well.
