Dear Maintainer(s),

These 2 changes are to fix the timestamping (lagging) issue that observed during the VC1/WMV decoding with GStreamer-VAAPI (hardware acceleration) under BSW CherryHill

For verification, these changes are build with meta-intel master branch and poky master branch and tested on Cherryhill platform.

Please merge these into meta-intel master branch and jethro branch, if these looks ok to you.
