Hi,

This patch is to fix the invalid data and time format found when the
system is trying to execute the script. The system clock and hardware
clock were failed to synchronize with the incorrect date/time format.

This changes were built and tested on Galileo Gen2 setup. Both system and
hardware clock were verified that they were in sync and the script was able
to execute without prompting error or failing when the system is up.

This patch was targeted to be merge into meta-intel-iot-devkit master
branch. Please feedback for better enhancement if you have any.

Thank you.

Regards,
Rebecca
