[meta-intel] [PATCH 1/1] common: Update linux-yocto v3.19.2 SRCREV to v3.19.5

I am testing this on all devices that I have and so far boot and basic 
graphics are working correctly.

I am still having some issues with the Braswell machine I have, I have a 
console like hooked into a screen session, but I am getting what appears 
to be flow control issues.  I can boot with Gummiboot but not with grub.

I am also getting a kernel panic:

I can also boot core-image-minimal but not with the core-image-sato, 
both have the same kernel.
