Correct. See the README for more information on this BSP, but it
supports Nehalem and Bay Trail and later CPUs, taking advantage of some
of the newer instruction sets, but does not yet support AVX introduced
in Haswell based CPUs in order to remain reasonably compatible with the
current CPUs in use today.
