[meta-intel] [PATCH][meta-intel-iot-middleware] Update swig 3.0.5 recipe

[Ceisel, Mark N]

I built and test some examples for nodejs/python for mraa, upm, and
iotkit-comm and everything worked.  So if you merge this patch tonight,  I
will create a patch for setup.sh to use this version in the  morning.
