Actually no, this is not correct.

dizzy has already updated the linux-yocto-3.10 kernel to 3.10.59. If you
want to update the 3.10 recipe, it needs to be consistent across
releases. I can cherry-pick the 40-59 patch back to dora, but we need an
appropriate patch to go from .59 to .65 that applies to dizzy and can be
backported to dora.

Patches flow from newest to oldest. Since 3.10 was dropped from master,
starting with dizzy is the right place to start.

Please submit an updated patch to dizzy and request that dora be brought
up to the same level as dizzy.
