Hi all,

This patch is to include hostapd, iw, dhcp and linux-firmware-pci8897
configuration in Valley Island BSP. A new recipes-core/images/core-
image-sato.bbappend directory is created to include all the above
features for enabling Marvell 8897 wifi and bluetooth support in Valley
Island BSP.

In order to pull in hostapd and iw configuration, a meta-oe layer must
be included in your build/conf/bblayer.conf file. The reason to have
hostapd and iw is to enable AP mode and STA mode functionality.

This configuration was built and tested working on Bayley Bay
Board. Please review and provide feedback if any.

This patch is target to merge in meta-intel dizzy branch.
