On another patchseries submitted by Anuj, I mentioned that we should make qat16 to indeed
provides virtual/qat so that DPDK recipes under meta-isg/common can have dpdk_qat example
depends on virtual/qat instead of qat16. 

If you agree to that approach, this the documentation update can be applied to all dizzy, fido and master
branches.
