[meta-intel] [meta-intel-iot-devkit] Switch to yoctoproject meta-java

I've noticed on forums that people get confused about which meta-java
to use, or some have conflicts that are needed by the yocto version not
availble in the IoT meta-java.

This commit clears up the confusion and resolves tool/version conflicts.
