Hi.

This patch is to update the linux-yocto v3.10 SRCREVs to latest HEADs.
This will fix the UART issue in the Baytrail (k3.10) Yocto.

This configuration was built and tested working on MinnowBoard MAX.
Please review and provide feedback if any.

This patch is targeted to merge in meta-intel dizzy branch.
