So normally when we update a version the older version is removed, or 
git mv 1.0.2 -> 1.3 and then do the appropriate edits are made to the 
1.3 version.

Is there any reason that we need to keep the older 1.0.2 version?

The same is true with the microcode update.

Otherwise this change looks good.
