[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/4] Update Intel Core BSPs to 4.1

Add the 4.1 bbappend for Linux-Yocto and then update the intel-core* 
and intel-quark PREFERRED_VERSION to use 4.1 kernel.

Modify the intel-quark kernel build to use the omit-lock-prefix option
correctly.
