Hi all,

This patch is to update the PREFERRED_VERSION of linux-yocto-3.14
to linux-yocto-3.19.

This configuration was built and tested working on Haswell Walnut
Canyon Board. Please review and provide feedback if any.

This patch is target for meta-intel master branch and backport
to fido branch.
