[meta-intel] CrownBay EMGD acceleration for Daisy 1.6.3

Hello meta-intel team,

The EMGD documentation for v1.18 of the driver speaks to EMGD support for
Wayland / Weston.  However the details are specific to Meego.

I am writing to inquire as to whether the meta-intel CrownBay BSP provided
for daisy can also support this configuration.
