[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/4] Miscellaneous meta-intel bug fixes

Fix various issues observed on the meta-intel layer. These all have been
validated on the respective BSP hardware. The layer.conf fix is validated
by building multiple of the meta-intel BSPs from scratch.
