[meta-intel] [PATCH 00/11] v3.17 kernel commits for meta-intel

The linux-yocto v3.17 kernel recipe is available in oecore layer. These
commits extend it for use of the meta-intel BSPs. 

Also some miscellaneous fixes toe the machine configurations are included.

All these commits are validated on the corresponding BSP hardware.
