[meta-intel] failed to build DPDK v1.7.0

Hi BL,

Are there different variants of DPDK for different platforms? The DPDK recipe in the meta-intel layer is in common directory, means it is available for all the BSPs. Won’t it work with all the BSPs? If it is specific to a particular BSP such as romley, then it should go in the meta-romley directory instead of the common dir.

Hi Eddy,
                The DPD v1.7 recipe that was contributed is validated with meta-romley. Do note that DPDK comes with dependency on the network driver.
                So far, we have no seen any request on enabling DPDK v1.7 on Mohonpeak.
                CC’ed Joel and Abhishek who may be able to guide you on the right DPDK version to use for Mohonpeak.
