[meta-intel] BSP Layer meta-haswell-wc is planned to be retired on Yocto Project v1.7 & meta-intel v2.0

Dear all, 

IOTG maintained "meta- haswell-wc" BSP layer is planned for retirement from the master branch on meta-intel layer version 2.0 targeted for Yocto Project v1.7 release, happening around November 2014. 

The reason is there is no immediate plan/requirement as far as IOTG marketing is concerned to migrate these platforms to newer LTSI kernel. 

This BSP will continue to be maintained on the yoctoproject.org website for Yocto Project v1.4(Dylan), v1.5 (dora) and v1.6 (daisy) as follow:
