Hi all,

These two patches is to update the linux-yocto v3.10 SRCREV to
v3.10.59 and update the README file for Valley Island
BSP. 

This configuration was built and tested working on Bakersport
Board. Please review and provide feedback if any.

This patch is target to merge in meta-intel daisy branch.
