[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/1] DPDK update

As there hasn't been any action on the various problems plaguing the
DPDK recipes and we're coming up on a release, move them out of
common/, at minimum.

The following changes since commit 567358dae4a005e09b37311beed78ca923cb4aad:

  common:Add missing build-dependencies for intel-gpu-tools (2014-11-05 11:57:02 -0600)
