[meta-intel] DPDK failing in git master

Hi Sreeju, BL,
  We are about to release meta-intel 2.0 release. And we would not like to release with a failing recipe like this. Can we get some quick turnaround on this issue?

Since we've upgraded the kernel to 3.17, DPDK fails to build:

dpdk-1.7.0/x86_64-ivshmem-linuxapp-gcc/build/lib/librte_eal/linuxapp/kni/kni_misc.c:348:20: error: macro "alloc_netdev" requires 4 arguments, but only 3 given
(and more)

alloc_netdev() gained a name_assign_type argument in 3.17.
