[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/1] [dora] meta-valleyisland: update linux-yocto_v3.10 recipe to 3.10.40

This patch cherry-pick meta-valleyisland linux-yocto_3.10.bbapend changes
related to enabling feature branch valleyisland-io-1.0 from daisy to dora.

I have since then fix some cherry-pick conflict issue by picking the recipe
to make use of Linux v3.10.40.

Please help to pull the patch into meta-intel dora (YP1.5) branch
