[meta-intel] pch_can echo_skb occupied error on crownbay

All,

I am using a Yocto V1.3 (with kernel  V3.8) for development on a Crownbay based board. I am using the pch_can driver for CAN communications, and am experiencing the echo_skb occupied error. Does anyone know where to find the correct set of patches to resolve this issue are? I am leery to update to a newer kernel at this time due to the project timeline.
