[meta-intel] [PATCHv2 1/1] mohonpeak: Fix meta-mohonpeak README

Removing redundant line in README. README consist of misleading
information that caused bitbake build errors. We do not need to
add the extra line of yocto/meta-intel/meta-isg in bblayers.conf.
