[meta-intel] [PATCH 4/4] gstreamer-vaapi: upgrade to 0.5.8

For the 0.10 variant:
- Drop wayland-compile patch merged upstream
- Add files which were missing in the tarball
- Disable Wayland support as it doesn't build
