No. Baytrail didn't receive mainline support until about 3.10-3.12. We've
done a basic backport to 3.8 requiring about 400 patches, but ignores the
ddm changes. Another backport to 3.10 was done with a full 1200 patches
including proper DRM support. A proper backport to 3.4 would be enormous and
very difficult to maintain. Please consider the bay trail support now
present in 3.10 LTSI if you requiring something other than a mainline
kernel.
