Hi,

This patchset to merge machine conf files for both Crystal Forest
Gladden and Server platforms. The second patch is about updating
the README with new build settings.

Both crystal forest gladden and server platforms are currently
sharing the same machine configurations maintained in different
conf files. It makes more sense by merging the two similar
conf files into one.

After introducing new conf file, the build settings for
Crystal Forest needs an update too. Bitbake will now taking
MACHINE name as "crystalforest" and the image built will be
able to boot on both supported platforms.

This patch set was built tested and booted up successfully on
both Gladden and Server platforms. Some drivers sanity tests
had been carried out to ensure image is in good condition.

Please review and push this patchset into meta-intel master
and Daisy branch.
