[meta-intel] YP1.5 openssl-qat-module and zlib-qat-module: remove from meta-intel

Hi, 
	This to follow-up from PDT discussion about the removal of QAT related recipes, please kindly remove  "openssl-qat-module" and "zlib-qat-module" from YP1.5 meta-intel git as follow: 
	The reason is these software ingredients are obsolete and unmaintained any more.
