[meta-intel] crownbay and kernel 3.10

That's our hope, but the current problem is EMGD - since 3.8 the kernel
removed create_proc_entry() which the EMGD kernel sources require.

Over the weekend, I fixed those up somewhat and was able to get a good
crownbay build.  The resulting build, however, showed only a black
screen, so I'm going to have to do further debugging.

But yeah, basically the plan is to get EMGD fixed and move crownbay to
3.10.  We have a few weeks after the main 1.5 poky release to get this
working, and I probably won't have time until the poky release to really
dig in.

Actually, we can move crownbay-noemgd to 3.10 immediately if that's good
enough for you...
