No idea why they were in depends, as they're not used by the build.  I
should have mentioned they were removed on purpose.

Oh, note that this is untested as I don't have any MGA hardware.  Can
anyone test the change with and without the opengl feature? (easy, now
that it's a matter of DISTRO_FEATURES_remove="opengl").
