[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/1] meta-romley (master): removal of xserver-xf86-config

This pacth is about removing xserver-xf86-config from meta-romley
BSP. The BSP can depend on Xorg server to auto configure its
display.

Please pull this into meta-intel/master branch.
