[meta-intel] [PATCH v2 0/2] meta-crystalforest(master): enable linux-yocto_3.10 kernel recipe

This patchset is intended to enable meta-crystalforest BSP for both
Gladden and Server platforms to support linux-yocto_3.10 at version
3.10.11.

The image is built with kernel v3.10 by default.

Please pull this patchset into meta-intel/master branch.
