[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/3] meta-romley (master): update linux-yocto_3.8 and enable linux-yocto_3.10

This patchset is to update meta-romley BSP for both 
IVB & SNB platforms to support the following:
 - linux-yocto_3.8 at version 3.8.13
 - linux-yocto_3.10 at version 3.10.11

By default, the image is built with kernel v3.10.

Please pull this patchset into meta-intel/master branch.
